2. Our services

FXRates.uk provides a foreign exchange comparison and brokerage platform. We help individuals and businesses access competitive exchange rates for international money transfers. Our services include live rate comparisons, currency exchange execution, and related financial information.

All currency exchange transactions are subject to a separate Client Agreement which will be provided to you before you execute any trade.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a UK resident or a business registered in the UK.
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Not be subject to any sanctions or restrictions that would prevent you from using FX services.

4. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we detect suspicious activity or non-compliance with these terms.

5. Exchange rates and transactions

Exchange rates are indicative and subject to change. The rate applicable to your transaction will be confirmed at the point of execution. We are not responsible for any losses arising from exchange rate movements between the time a rate is quoted and the time a transaction is executed.

All transactions are subject to our AML/KYC checks and may be delayed or declined if we cannot verify your identity or source of funds.

6. Fees

We do not charge transfer fees on standard transactions. Our revenue is derived from the spread between the interbank rate and the rate quoted to clients. Full fee and rate information is disclosed before you confirm any transaction.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our platform to:

• Conduct money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Breach any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures.
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FXRates.uk Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, FXRates.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability for direct losses shall not exceed the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.
